- 2003: The initial concept for SSC was conceived.
- March 2019: His Highness Sheikh Dr. Sultan bin Muhammad Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Sharjah, officially launched the project.
- 2020: Construction commenced with an investment of AED 2 billion (approximately USD 545 million).
- 2022: The first phase of residential units was handed over to homeowners.
- 2023: Completion of the final phase, delivering a total of 1,250 villas across four phases.
