The Beach Collection Villas

The Beach Collection is an elite collection of luxury villas in one of Dubai’s hottest new regions, Palm Jebel Ali. Units available include 5-6 bedroom luxury villas with private beach access. You will enjoy spectacular sunsets and the beauty of the Arabian Gulf.

The Beach Collection features beautiful three-story 5-6 bedroom residences. There are eight different sorts of villas: Tropical Mist, Sapphire, Provence, Mediterranean, Indigo Ocean, Blue Horizon, Azure Blue, and Aquamarine. The living areas start at 7,000 square feet. Villas are designed with a light color palette that includes tones of turquoise, emerald, milk white, beige, grey, and graphite. The interiors feature natural elements such as imitations of water drops on the walls, a depiction of a log of wood, sand waves in the flooring, and precious stones in the fittings. Natural wood, marble, gold, and brass are used for finishing.

The ground level of the houses has a closed kitchen, a maid’s room with a separate bathroom, and a guest room with a dressing room and bathroom. There’s also a spacious living room with double-height ceilings, a dining area, and an open kitchen. A terrace with a swimming pool, rest space, and garden are also available. Bedrooms with en-suite baths are located on the second floor, while the third floor houses a lounge, a bedroom, a terrace, and a dressing room. Each residence will have a lift.
